Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Manolo Costa, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Custom garments are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@manolocosta.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

  • To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as initiating a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
